Trauma is the leading cause of death for Americans under the age of 44. To improve the chances of survival, prompt assessment, treatment and transport are crucial.

The ITLS provider course offers hands-on training for EMS personnel who must assess and stabilize the trauma patient during the prehospital phase of trauma care. Students will learn the skills necessary for rapid assessment, resuscitation, stabilization and transportation of trauma patients.
